Byron is the owner and head coach of C.A.T.S. Gymnastics in Cheshire. He is recognized as one of the countries foremost tumbling coaches. His gym is rated one of the best schools in the country. Byron is one of the former board members that developed the present National rules and policies for USA Gymnastics. He has coached several national team members and has advanced over 100 athletes to the State, Regional and National Championships. Byron was one of the first coaches in Connecticut to train cheerleading teams in gymnastics. He is currently training junior high, high school and all-star cheerleaders at his gym in Cheshire and is directing the gymnastics instruction for us in Woodbridge. Byron works with our all-star cheerleading teams and teaches some of our recreational classes at our facility.
